• Discord Data: We collect your Discord User ID, username, avatar, and server list (for servers where you have management permissions) through Discord's OAuth2 process.
• Twitch Data: If you connect your Twitch account, we collect your Twitch User ID, username, and list of Twitch Teams you belong to through Twitch's OAuth2 process.
• Guild Configuration: We store configuration settings for the Discord servers where the bot is added, including channel IDs for announcements and chosen stream team mappings.
• Announcement Logs: We track active go-live announcements to allow the bot to update them with VOD and clip information when a stream ends.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the collected information to:

• Facilitate automated Twitch stream announcements in your Discord server.
• Allow you to manage and customize announcement settings through our dashboard.
• Sync Twitch EventSub subscriptions for monitored streamers.
• Improve and maintain the Bot's functionality.

4. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely in our database. We store authentication tokens provided by Discord and Twitch to interact with their respective APIs on your behalf. We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your information from unauthorized access.

5. Third-Party Services

Talon interacts with the following third-party APIs:

• Discord API: To send and edit announcement messages in your server.
• Twitch Helix API: To fetch streamer metadata, team membership, and clips.
• Twitch EventSub: To receive real-time notifications about stream status changes.

These services have their own privacy policies, and we encourage you to review them.

6. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your personal information to outside parties. We only share information with third parties (Discord/Twitch) as necessary to provide the core functionality of the Bot.

7. Your Rights

You can stop the collection of your data at any time by:

• Disconnecting your Twitch account from the dashboard.
• Removing the Talon bot from your Discord server.
• Revoking our application's access in your Discord or Twitch security settings.
