1. Acceptance of Terms
By using Talon ("the Bot"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Bot or add it to your Discord server.
2. Description of Service
Talon is a service designed to monitor Twitch streamers and teams to provide automated announcements in Discord channels. We provide tools for embed styling, clip aggregation, and VOD updates.
3. User Requirements
To use Talon, you must:
- Be at least 13 years of age (or the minimum age required in your country to use Discord).
- Comply with the Discord Terms of Service.
- Comply with the Twitch Terms of Service.
4. Use of the Bot
You agree not to:
- Use the Bot for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
- Attempt to disrupt or interfere with the Bot's operation or servers.
- Circulate or use automated means to scrape data from the service.
- Bypass any measures we may use to prevent or restrict access to the Bot.
5. Limitations of Liability
Talon is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Bot will always be available, error-free, or that announcements will always be delivered. We are not liable for any damages arising from your use of the Bot.
6. Modifications to Service
We reserve the right to modify or discontinue the Bot (or any part thereof) with or without notice at any time. We may also update these terms from time to time.
7. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate your access to the Bot or its services at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Bot, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
